Job Description

iRestify is looking for Sales Professionals who will be an integral part in the growth of the company. We have evolved past ‘Canadian start-up’ to a major player in the marketplace, and are striving to become North America’s largest cleaning and maintenance service. The right candidates are HUNTERS able to sell by discovering prospects’ needs and providing the appropriate solutions according to iRestify’s unique offering. We are modernizing the cleaning and maintenance process and revolutionizing this crucial service for property managers and owners. Already managing over 38M square feet, we deal with many of the leading North American property management companies in the multi-residential, commercial and retail sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Increase our customer base by introducing iRestify to the market, diligently qualifying prospects and providing appropriate solutions. 
  • Effectively cold-call prospective clients and set up meetings 
  • Diligently qualify or disqualify prospects by effectively uncovering their real needs (pain) and the impact of the pain. 
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Work effectively with all departments – sales, marketing, operations, finance and product development
  • Track sales and status reports.
Requirements
  • At least 4+ years of blue chip sales experience with outstanding results
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suites, MS office and utilization of Mobile Apps.
  • Familiarity with CRM (SalesForce) practices 
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to solve prospect needs.

Salary and Benefits 

Job Type: Full-time, Base plus Commission, Permanent

Salary range: $40,000/yr – $55,000/yr

Total pay with Commission: $45,000/yr – $65,000/yr
