By accessing or using the website or iRestify mobile application(s), you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the practices described herein. If you do not consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, do not use the site or provide us with any personal information. iRestify values our website users and uses its best efforts to respect and protect your privacy.

We reserve the right to update and make changes to this Privacy Policy to reflect adjustments to our website. a. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us
Personal information is information that identifies a specific User. When you engage in certain activities on the website such as registering for an account or ordering services, we may request certain personal and/or company information from you. You may choose not to provide the personal and/or company information requested, but that may mean that you will not be able to receive services through the website. Personal and/or company information we request may include your name, email address, job site and/or billing address, phone number and postal code. We use this information to provide services requested through the website. These activities include scheduling service appointments and requesting confirmations regarding scheduling.
iRestify may also use your personal information to contact you to provide information on products, services, or programs we provide that we think may interest you. We may also use it to contact you regarding Client satisfaction surveys and other questionnaires regarding your opinion of the services available on the website. When you request a service, we collect billing and credit card information which is used to complete the purchase transaction.
iRestify also uses non-personal information you provide relating to demographics, such as your age and gender, to analyze trends and gather demographic information relating to the website.

We use the information about which pages you visited and what links you click on in order to determine what iRestify services are the most popular or which services or types of services interest a particular User type.
c. Quality Assurance Process and Consent for Client Users
Certain Features of the Quality Assurance aspect of the Service requires us to take and upload Digital Content of the Service Location(s). This Digital Content may include, but is not limited to, pictures and videos.
The Users grants iRestify royalty-free, fully paid right and licence to take, host, store, transfer, display, reproduce and / or modify this content, in whole or in part, on the irestify mobile application and / or iRestify website.
d. Location Based Services Consent for Service Expert Users
You agree and understand that in order to ensure Client satisfaction, it is very important to be on time and to finish the job on time. You hereby expressly consent to the use of iRestify’s location-based process. As a Service Expert you hereby waive and release iRestify from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or damages arising from the use of, or in any way relating to the use of the geographic location and other location-based services.
e. Client Security on Premise Device Consent for Service Expert Users
Clients may choose to have security cameras, audio and any type of other security devices on their premises. You hereby expressly consent to the Client use of any such device. As a Service Expert you hereby waive and release iRestify and the Client from any and all liability, claims, causes of action or damages arising from the Client use of, or in any way relating to the Client use of any type of security device.
3. Who Do We Share Your Information With?
The website is a shared economy online platform and allows certain Users (“Clients”) to purchase cleaning related services from other Users (“Service Experts”) who are independent contractors that provide the services. Through the website, iRestify connects Clients with Service Experts in various service industries including but not limited to cleaning and other similar services, which may change from time to time. We share Client information with Service Experts so that the Service Expert can provide Clients with the services requested.
When you make a purchase on the website, we will request your billing and credit card/ACH information. We share your billing and credit card information/ACH with third party service providers which process and complete the purchasing transaction. We do not retain your credit card/ACH information on our servers.
Your information may be shared with iRestify’s trusted partners to support company operations, perform statistical analysis, marketing, send you email or postal mail, and provide Client support. For greater certainty, in certain circumstances, iRestify provides insurance for Service Expert Users. iRestify retains the right to provide the Service Expert User(s) personal information, to satisfy insurance claims as required and according to iRestify’s discretion. All third parties we share your information with are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide their respective services and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
There are specific cases where we may need to share your information without your consent. These situations include cases in which we in good faith believe we need to disclose your information: (a) to comply with applicable law or co-operate with law enforcement or other legal authorities; (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of iRestify; and (c) to protect the personal safety of Users, or the public. In these cases we will make reasonable efforts not to disclose more than is necessary and we will provide you with notice of the disclosure as soon as possible.
iRestify does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third parties.
4. Public Areas
We may provide areas on the website that allow you to post information about yourself, communicate with other Users, review products and services, and submit other types of content.
These areas may include discussion boards, comment pages, and blogs. Please be aware that information in these areas of the website may be accessible by other consumers and companies, and that this information will be read, collected, and used by others. We do not control who reads your postings or what other Users may do with the information you post or submit to the public areas of the website, therefore please use caution when posting in these areas, particularly if you are posting any personal information.
5. Updating, Correcting, or Deleting Your Information/Account
It is beneficial to both you and iRestify that your personal and/or company information be up to date and accurate. You can update or change your personal information by logging in to your account my login and making the changes manually.
