Job Description

You’ll partner with current clients to strategically build on existing relationships and grow iRestify’s existing clients. You’ll take the lead on major initiatives and see them through to success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Services Director in the day to day management of the department
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with our clients
  • Follow up Client requests and provide iRestify Operations team with the information needed to deliver our services
  • Work with Quality Assurance to coordinate regarding Client needs and assess if they are met
  • Create Client facing reports and use them to proactively engage our existing and new Clients

  • Maintain strong working relationships with iRestify Operations team, to support the delivery of work according to the scope and with a high degree of quality

Requirements

  • Experience working in a professional services customer-facing role; must be comfortable communicating with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Previous experience in Client Success, Account Management or Operations at a Manager level
  • Proven account management or B2B Sales experience (experience in property management or SaaS space is considered an asset)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills

Client Management Responsibilities

  • Be the internal and external point of contact for assigned clients

You are a Sales Professional with experience in selling Commercial Cleaning Services to Property Managers or other large enterprise-level clients.  Ideally, you have contacts in the property management industry.

Job Outline

  • Increase our client base by selling iRestify’s services to businesses
  • Make cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities in new markets.
