iRestify is an exciting technology platform looking for an enthusiastic email marketing specialist with a proven ability to create and execute email marketing campaigns that generate leads.

Job Outline

  • Create and execute email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered in proper form and template to prospects.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.
  • Develop a personalization strategy to appeal to different personas/audiences.
  • Include persuasive ‘call-to-actions’ in messaging.
  • Monitor email campaign results and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Construct reporting that informs marketing and sales decisions.
  • Identify opportunities based on insights and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to determine the best email marketing practices.
  • Promptly follow-up on interested respondents and communicate with sales as needed. 
  • Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs.
  • Ongoing management of the contact database.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

You are a Sales Professional with experience in selling Commercial Cleaning Services to Property Managers or other large enterprise-level clients.  Ideally, you have contacts in the property management industry.

Job Outline

  • Increase our client base by selling iRestify’s services to businesses
  • Make cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities in new markets.
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport and preparing quotations.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships and retention.
  • Research and discover methods to increase client new client attraction
  • Use client feedback to generate ideas about new features or services
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential clients to meet their needs
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Must have a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, positioning value-added services and closing business
  • Possess great communication, presentation and negotiation skills tailored to the audience need
