You are a Sales Professional with experience in selling Commercial Cleaning Services to Property Managers or other large enterprise-level clients. Ideally, you have contacts in the property management industry.
Our clients are businesses that need tech-driven cleaning services. We offer a positive working environment and have a super motivated team of people working hard and still having fun and seeing success in the middle of the pandemic.
Job Outline
- Increase our client base by selling iRestify’s services to businesses
- Make cold and warm calls to uncover opportunities in new markets.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport and preparing quotations.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships and retention.
- Research and discover methods to increase client new client attraction
- Use client feedback to generate ideas about new features or services
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential clients to meet their needs
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Requirements
- Post-Secondary education in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Must have a record of success in cold calling, qualifying leads, positioning value-added services and closing business
- Possess great communication, presentation and negotiation skills tailored to the audience need
- An effective, metric-driven salesperson with a proven track record of success
- Current knowledge of cleaning trends that is required by the property management companies
- Familiar with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Solid Experience within the Cleaning Service Industry and/or Property Management either selling services or cleaning products as a Sales professional will be considered an asset
- Strong B2B experience with a proven track record of achieving against quota.
