What areas do you service?
iRestify services 22 cities in Canada and is expanding daily across North America.

Where are you located?
iRestify’s headquarters is based in Toronto, Ontario.

How long has iRestify been in business?
iRestify opened its doors in 2016. Today, we’ve cleaned over 32 million sq ft and work primarily with property and facilities managers, cleaning and maintaining their buildings.

What are your contractual terms?

Service Experts

Who are iRestify’s service experts?
Service experts or cleaning and maintenance experts are independent contractors. They have been heavily vetted through a multi-step process which includes training and background checks. Through the platform, iRestify assigns contracts to service experts that are best suited for the contract.

How can I trust my service experts to do a good job or to be reliable and trustworthy?
To ensure that all of our clients have the best experience possible, service experts go through a rigorous process including:

  • An online questionnaire
  • Criminal background check
  • Phone interview
  • A meeting and orientation
  • Insurance process
  • Professional reference check and review

Do iRestify service experts have a background check?
Yes, our service experts have gone through a police background check.

What kind of a background check have your service experts gone through?
All of our service experts have gone through an official background check through the RCMP National Repository of Criminal Records. Each service expert has a unique id number, which appears on their electronic badge.

How do I provide the service experts with details on what needs to get done?
Our clients can upload a todo checklist in our app. They can also include additional notes in the
“Additional Details” section of the booking form.

What type of cleaning or maintenance services do you provide?
iRestify provides services to many different sectors with an emphasis on residential and commercial property management cleaning and maintenance services. Our team of professional, insured and dedicated service experts will make a positive impact on your day-to-day operations. My buildings have unique and specific requirements, are you able to accommodate them?
We understand that each and every building is unique and may need special cleaning requirements. This is why we created our checklist feature. As an iRestify client, you have the ability to upload a customized checklist that goes directly to the service expert.

Who supplies the cleaning products and tools to be used in the service?
Clients have the option of using the service expert’s cleaning supplies or providing their own cleaning products. When booking a service, clients are asked for their supplies preferences!

Do I have the option of picking the size of the cleaning or maintenance team?
The majority of our service experts work in teams. The number of experts varies according to the length of the service.

Can I get the same cleaning or maintenance team to come to my location(s) each time for the same service?
Yes! When a client books a recurring service, the same expert/team services your location each time.

Do I have to be present when the service expert(s) arrives?
Our app allows you to track your service remotely. With GPS tracking, live notifications, and image sharing functions, you do not have to be present during your cleaning or maintenance service.

How are entry/exit details handled if I’m not at the location?
At iRestify, we let our clients select which entry/exit method works best for them. In some cases, the client provides the service expert with a fob or alarm code. Many of our clients also provide our service experts with keys. The choice is entirely up to you and made during the booking process.

Payments

Can you manage Purchase orders?
Yes, if your company uses purchase orders we can accommodate you by providing quotes for the services ahead of time.

How does payment work?
iRestify accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and ACH Direct Payment.

When will I be charged for a service?
Payments are made via credit card 24 hours prior to the service.

Can I pay the iRestify service expert directly?
When you set up your account, all your payment details are already integrated, so you don’t need to pay the service expert or take additional steps.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Why should I register my cleaning and maintenance business?
iRestify is an online platform that provides instant contract offers directly to your mobile device. The platform allows you to manage your cleaning or maintenance business and gain efficiency. How do I register my cleaning and maintenance business?
Please visit our service expert page and complete the registration form. One of our representatives will get in touch upon completion of the form. For more information on the application process, please email joinus@iRestify.com or call (888) 552-4075

Do I need my own supplies?
No. It is not mandatory to have your own supplies. However, it is an added advantage if you have supplies!

Do I need a car?
No. You do not need a car to become iRestify service expert, however it is an advantage.

How does payment work?
Upon approval of invoices, iRestify will provide weekly direct deposits into your business bank account.

Will iRestify provide HST for my cleaning and maintenance business?
Yes! Please provide us with a business number and we will provide the HST.

Where can I get my background check?
As a part of the onboarding process we can send you a link to complete your background check and results will usually be provided within 24 hours. If you would like to get the background check on your own, you can go to a police station which takes approximately two weeks to process.

Contracts

Do you have contracts in my area?
Yes – We encourage applicants from all areas within Canada to apply!

How do I receive contracts?
Upon activation on the platform, you will receive an alert/notification specifying contract details delivered straight to your device. You will then have the option to accept or decline the contract.

Do all my subcontractors require background checks?
All subcontractors listed on the iRestify platform are required to have a background check and be able to
legally work in Canada.
